Lubar’s interest in real estate began in 1995. He began as a loan organizer for Crestar Mortgage Corporation. While working here he learnt about conservative mortgage banking. While still on the job he related with real estate professionals and financial planners. He also dealt with insurance agents.

Todd joint Legacy Financial Group in 1999, as an equity professional. In this position, he was able to grow his capabilities of lending so that he could broker loans to other investors. In 2002, he set up his own company called Legendary Properties, LLC. Through rapid progression, selling, profiting and rehabilitating he was established.

This helped him develop friendships with people who were involved and experienced in the building trades. He learnt how to develop quality products in good time for the clients. In 2003, Todd opened his firm – Charter Funding, a subsidiary of Magnus Financial. This affiliation enabled Todd to grow his own business since he had access to a lot of programs.

He accepted a position at Chater funding as its senior vice president. He served in this position from 2005 to 2007. When the industry begun to suffer in 2007, Lubar decided to do other things instead. He involved himself in many businesses like commercial demolition, where he got many large contracts. He would also get involved in recycling of automotive scrap materials so as to diversify his knowledge base and earn money.

Presently he works in an industry which helps the needy in life to grow and develop themselves. He is TDL’s president.
